BeepSynth (beepsynth.com), operated by Infinity Mind Labs, provides free browser-based music tools including a chiptune beep board, synth keyboard, DJ board, piano, and theremin. No account is required to use the tools.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BeepSynth for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent the tools as your own product.

3. Your Creations

Sounds and music you create with BeepSynth are yours to use however you like, including in commercial projects. The BeepSynth name, logo, and site design remain the property of Infinity Mind Labs.

4. No Warranty

BeepSynth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Browser-based audio behavior varies by device and browser.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Mind Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of BeepSynth.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
